About me
Hatha yoga teacher and student. I teach asana, pranayama and yoga nidra.
I graduated management in tourism. During the university I discovered yoga and its benefits, and I am practicing since then. After a few years of practicing I wanted to get deeper in studying and understanding the philosophy, and to start to share my knowledge and experience with other people and help them to find peace en everyday life. I think that yoga and meditation, and taking care of our body and mind generally speaking, is nessesary nowadays to spread some light and peace into this world, and make it a better place to live for all life beings.
